Memory Box Photography

Yes, it’s been a while. Yes, I know. There are shoots coming up, but here’s something to tide you over. I’m trying to brainstorm for an art show coming up, and so I went out and played with some lighting. Here’s a result.

Well for those of you that dont follow on Twitter, my computer died. I had to wipe the hard drive, etc. So that has been a MASSIVE hassle. That being said, the “Faces” contest has been extended until I can have time to get to it, unfortunately. I’m a good bit behind and so it may be a few days or so. So feel free to keep sending them.

I was able to go with a group of our students from Fellowship Bible Church to San Diego. It was an awesome trip! Unfortunately, I only had time to do some shooting on our last day. Here are a handful of the results!

It’s been TOO LONG since I posted. I’ve been waiting to show these off for a while. Hayden’s a senior at Bauxite. He told me when we got back, “I have to be honest, I thought you’d be a creepy old lady.” For what its worth, everyone, I’m not.

When we were out in the field, Hayden started freaking out and running in a strange manner. Turns out the place he chose to stand happened to also be a place fire ants chose to make a home. He soldiered on after a while and we got some great stuff! It was a whole lot of fun. Here’s some of it!
